Folks, we need to remember this these days, that Everything Competes for Our Attention – There is So Much Going On. And we need to go and find ourselves some place where we can Spend some time with Jesus and Wind Down from the Stress of Life.
Things are Stormy all around us but Jesus is in our Boat. We can either panic or stress out like His Deciples did on that Rocky Sea or take His Example and Rest – just Stay Focused on Him when the Storms Rage.
Well Jesus, You Love Me.
Be an Answer to Someone’s Need – give them a Slice of Heaven.
This is not saying you have to be The Answer for that Person. By bringing a little Happiness or Peace their way, this brings a Nice Feel to them whereby They can “Taste and See that The Lord is Good” because something Special was added to their day. This can in fact wet their appetite for more and the Holy Spirit has something to Work With in drawing them to Jesus in the Privacy of their Home or maybe even on the way home.
Often, it can be a Seed Planted for a later date, when they are Ready to Find Him. Which ever it is, He knows what’s best and He can use that in a Person’s Week or Life. Our task is to Simply Care enough for People to want to Bless their Day or Evening and He will do the Rest – He is Capable of that. But please tell me how People will get to Experience such Blessings if we are Absorbed in Our Own Interests or Preoccupied with Our Needs? Come against Selfish Christianity and Aspire to make a difference in someone’s day.
Christians, stop trying to Confine Blessings in Christianity. God is not into our Bless me Clubs. That’s a good way to win His disfavor. Yes, He is not Happy with that.
He can actually Wait to Answer Our Prayers till we come Come to Our Senses. Try looking out of the Square – Your Little Square – and be Part of a Bigger Picture. It’s called Your Community – where you go Shopping or Mix with Neighbors (whoever, wherever)
Scripture speaks about People experiencing darkness in the World (what we see around us Today) and His People would bring Light into in the Darkness. It also speaks of People being Stressed like Never before and a Feild being Ripe for Harvest.
Scripture also speaks about Laborers being Few. That’s because the Church System has only served to produce a lot of “Christians” with Unmet Needs and a lot of Introspection because it continually Runs Short of Offering Us the Real Thing. Those who Run it have exchanged the TRUTH for a LIE when they Insist on keeping to an Institutional System the Roman Emperor Constantine Instigated – keeping People in Boxes each Sunday with Manmade Lifeless Traditions that can Never Save, Heal or Set Free or Show the LIFE of Jesus to Others.
That my Friends, are the Results of making the Church a State Institution – which Constantine did. And that has never Changed to This Day. Plus Pastors and “Leaders” trying to Harness Jesus, saying “Do this Lord, do that” rather than Follow Orders and Do His Bidding. They’re so Bent on Thinking they know Best and in assuming that, they are Utterly Ignorant: the Blind Leading the Blind like Jesus refers to in the Gospels.
They really do fail to see, He is Interested in a “A Church without Walls” He Purposed and Commissioned in the first place and gave Strict Instructions not to do things the Way of the Gentiles (speaks of the world)
When you think of it, what Religion on the Face of the Earth would think of Telling Their God what to do? Yet Pastors and Televangelists do that all the time!
Yes, it’s Ridiculous, and they keep Persisting with that, knowing full well their Churches Do Not have the Healings and Miracles they profess to have. And if that was a Product on a Supermarket Shelf, the Authorities would call that a FALSE CLAIM wouldn’t they? Yet these Jokers keep getting away with that because their Churches are a Religious Entity. So the Government doesn’t get Involved in that even though those Churches are a State Institution. A Confusing Paradox Indeed.
And even though those Pastors make those False Claims, they have the absolute Nerve to call themselves “Your Spiritual Covering” when in truth, there is nothing Spiritual about them really, if they Claim that Healings take Place in their Church, leading your expectations up the wall and Continue their One Man Shows (pun intended)
Mark these Words from the Gospel – half of them don’t read any more, much less Encourage You to do that, the Centurion who asked Jesus to Heal his Servant said these Words we would ALL do Well to Remember: I am a Man Under Authority and when I say to a Servant Go, they go. And So it Is with JESUS. If those Pastors are not in Submission to HIS Authority, they have No Business “Preaching”
“Don’t ever “Sit under someone’s Ministry” who is Incapable of doing that (by choice) Like I’ve said “They’re Living Lie!”
